Vision Insurance
Drs. Roush and Will Optometrists are participating providers for many eyecare plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and VSP. In addition to optical insurances, many medical plans such as Anthem Blue Cross Blue shield, PHP, and PPO will cover a variety of ocular health services. Unfortunately, we have chosen not to accept some insurance plans. These plans do not allow us the ability to provide the comprehensive eye care that we are accustomed to providing for our patients. Some insurance plans may require payment at the time of service and require the patient to file for reimbursement.
Services provided to our patients are considered the patient's responsibility. As a service to our patients we will file and accept assignment for many insurance plans. Please understand insurance benefits may vary, therefore, it is important for you to know and understand your individual coverage including the amount of your deductible. Please call with specific questions, however, some questions regarding your specific benefits may be better answered by your individual insurance carrier.
Fees
Our offices make every effort to keep the cost of your eye care as minimal as possible while continuing to provide the high standard of care you expect and deserve. Payment for professional services and at least 50% of materials is expected at the time of service. The remaining fees for materials are expected before dispense. If special payment arrangements are necessary, a payment plan may be available. Please acquire within our offices if necessary. Payments may be made with cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, and Discover).
